Product Description
Here is a gorgeous early WWII Iron Cross 1st class by Friedrich Orth, Wien. The cross is complete with pin, catch and it has a great “been there” look. The obverse of the cross has the Swastika and the date “1939″. The cross is marked “15” on the pin for the maker Friedrich Orth, Wien. This cross exhibits a great patina with loads of character and it even has some of the brass core peeking through in spots as is often seen with these. The German Iron Cross has really become an addictive collectible with each cross having different “personality”. A great iconic piece for your WWII display.
