Here’s a great looking early tombac Blockade Runner badge. The badge shows a wonderful Reichs eagle perched atop a mobile swastika on a ship’s bow that is cutting through the waves and breaking the chain that encompasses it. The reverse of the badge is maker marked “FEC OTTO PLACZEK BERLIN AUSF. SCHWERIN BERLIN” and is complete with functioning pin and catch. The toning of this one really gives it a wonderful old silver dollar look that is impossible to fully capture in pictures.  A beautiful Blockade Runner badge for the collector.
